Joyce grew up in Decatur and has lived in Newton County most of her adult life. My depth of knowledge in these areas will benefit our clients in their decision making process.” Joyce has also worked as Executive Director of the Union Chamber of Commerce and Office Manager for The Carleton Group. With the Union Chamber of Commerce in 2013, she revitalized the town’s long-standing arts & crafts festival, “Country Day.” “When I worked with the Chamber, I realized that Union and Newton County have unique qualities that draw people to the area. I was able to leverage Facebook and other social media to promote the event, which was a great success. There is more to selling real estate than sticking a sign in your yard and waiting for the phone to ring. We intend on utilizing multiple tools, including social media, to promote our clients’ properties.” We see a real need for the services of Carleton Realty in the area.
